It's suitable for families or short stays, but improvements in room amenities and internet reliability would enhance the experience.

great access to nearby attractions and city exploration

I loved that I could easily walk to the Dreamland Wax Museum, just a few steps away, and the kids enjoyed the Acquamania Foz, also within a short distance. the hotel offered basic but clean accommodations that were just right for a solo traveler like me.

My kids wished for warmer pools, especially for the little ones. It would be great if they could add some heating to the kiddie pool for comfort.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially with our late-night bottle warming request. The pool areas were clean and enjoyable, but the lack of warmer water for the kids' pool was a letdown.

Had a great vacation with friends! We loved visiting the beautiful waterfalls and enjoying the show at Rafain Churrascaria. The tennis courts were a nice touch too. Just keep in mind that the infrastructure could use some updates for a smoother stay.

The internet in the rooms didn’t work at all. We had to go to the reception for Wi-Fi, which was quite inconvenient.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a nice pool area. The staff helped me find great places to eat during my first stay, which I appreciated. I'll definitely be back for another trip!

The spacious rooms with good air conditioning made our stay comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better for accessing main attractions! However, the pool area could definitely use better maintenance to keep the water clean.
